The register
Why are there only ten properties?
Because that is what we are representing this month. The register is the firm's actual instruction list rather than an aggregation of other agents' stock, and in a normal quarter it runs between eight and sixteen houses.
What does off-register mean?
Roughly a third of what we sell is never published. Those houses go to matched registrations only. Registering a requirement through the private office is the only way to see them.
What do the reference codes mean?
Three letters for the market and a number in the order the instruction was taken. CLP-014 is the fourteenth instruction Veyrand has held on Calaret Point.
How often is the register updated?
Within one working day of any change in status. A house that goes under offer is marked under offer; it is not left available to attract enquiries.
Photographs and particulars
Why do some listings have only one photograph?
Because only one photograph of that building meets our standard. We do not fill a gallery with pictures of somewhere else, and where a second visit is booked the listing says so.
Are the floor areas measured or estimated?
Measured on site and quoted as maximums. Where a figure comes from a developer rather than from us — on the Corvane scheme, for example — the listing says whether it is contractual or indicative.
Is there a map on the property pages?
No. We publish an orientation strip and journey times from the property instead. A map of a specific address is a privacy question for the owner, and travel times are what buyers actually use.
Buying and letting
Do you charge buyers a fee?
Only on a retained acquisition instruction, where we act for the buyer and take no fee from the seller. On an ordinary purchase from the register the buyer pays us nothing.
What is the minimum tenancy?
Twelve months, on every property, without exception. We do not take holiday or seasonal lets.
Can I view at the weekend?
Yes, on Saturdays. Sunday viewings are private appointments only and are arranged through the partner holding the instruction.

Is Veyrand a real firm?
No. This site is a demonstration. Every property, person, place, price and reference on it is fictional, and the photographs are licensed stock integrated as design assets rather than pictures of the houses described.
Do the forms send anything?
No. Every form on this site validates its input and shows a success state, and none of them is connected to a mail service or a backend. That is stated on each form.
Where is my saved list stored?
In this browser only, under the keys veyrand.saved and veyrand.compare. Nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is shared between devices, and clearing site data clears the list.
