Everything here is fictional

Veyrand Estates International does not exist. Every property, address, reference code, price, floor area, partner, telephone number, market and certificate shown on this site was invented for the purpose of demonstrating a template. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a statement about any real building or person. Telephone numbers are drawn from ranges reserved for fiction.

Photography

The photographs are licensed stock, integrated into this template as design assets. They are not pictures of the buildings described, and a listing never presents photographs of more than one building as views of a single property. Provenance for every image — source, photographer, licence and where it is used — is in Documentation/THIRD_PARTY_MEDIA.md and Documentation/media-manifest.json in the template package. You may use and adapt the images as part of this product; you may not redistribute them as standalone stock files.

What the demonstration does

• Search, filtering, sorting, saving and comparison all work, entirely in the browser.
• Forms validate and report success; none of them transmits anything, and each says so.
• There is no account system, no payment, no calendar and no live data of any kind.

Typefaces

Archivo, Newsreader and JetBrains Mono, all under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, bundled at build time rather than requested from a third party at runtime. The licence text ships with the template.
