Privacy
This is a demonstration website for a template. Veyrand Estates International is a fictional firm, and this page describes what the template actually does rather than a policy for a real business. Replace it before you publish.
What this site stores
Two values, in your own browser, and nothing else: veyrand.saved for the properties you have saved and veyrand.compare for the ones you are comparing. They never leave the device, are not readable by us, and are removed when you clear site data.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies, of any kind, first or third party.
- It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from a third-party domain at runtime; the typefaces are bundled at build time.
- It has no backend. Every form validates its input and shows a success state without transmitting anything.
Forms
The enquiry, valuation and requirement forms on this site are not connected to a mail service. Submitting one runs client-side validation, shows a success panel and discards the values. Each success panel says so on screen. If you are adapting this template, connect your own endpoint in components/EnquiryForm.tsx and rewrite this section to describe it.
Contact
For a real deployment, put a real address here. In this demonstration it is office@veyrand.example.com, which does not receive mail.
