Twenty-six years on the same nine kilometres of headland. She has sold most of the good houses on Calaret Point at least twice.
One register of private houses across six markets, held by the partner who walked through each of them.
Veyrand began in 1986 in two rooms above a bookbinder on Rue Verane, selling apartments in the six streets around it. The Calaret desk followed in 1991, the Serrande in 1998, Ostmere in 2004, Elsmoor in 2009 and Corvane in 2016. That is the whole history: one market at a time, and only when somebody was willing to move there.
A register of ten houses is not modesty. It is the number a firm of five people can hold properly — walked through, measured, photographed, and answerable on the telephone without looking anything up. Beyond that, an agent starts describing buildings they have not been inside, and every one of the habits on this page quietly stops being true.
We do not take short lets. We do not aggregate other agents’ stock. We do not publish a gallery assembled from more than one building, and we do not put a map on a listing when a journey time is what the buyer actually uses.
Sablon House on 11 Rue Verane in Sablon, and Calaret Point on the quay at Calaret. The other four markets are run from those two, which is why the desks are deep rather than numerous.
We publish our own instructions and nothing else. There is no aggregated stock, no listing we have not been inside and no property we cannot answer a question about.
One visit, one set of plates, and a note under every gallery saying what the photographs are. Where one frame exists, one frame is published.
Floor areas come from a site measurement and are quoted as maximums. Developer figures are labelled contractual or indicative, because the difference is the whole point.
Access tracks, water rights, harbour hours, service charges, covenants. A buyer who finds out in week six does not complete, and everybody loses six weeks.

Partner · Sablon
Knows which Sablon blocks have a reserve fund, which have a lift that works, and which have neither.
Partner · Lakes and Northern Shore
Opened the Corvane desk in 2016 and represents the sawmill scheme from plan — including the parts of the programme that have slipped.
Partner · Elsmoor and country houses
Sells houses that were designed for their plot, and is straightforward about the ones that were not.
