Private office
The 10 properties on the public register are not everything we are handling. Roughly a third of our sales are released to matched registrations only and never appear on this site at all.
A requirement is not a mailing list. It is a written brief held by a named partner, matched by hand against every instruction the firm takes, and reviewed with you twice a year whether or not anything has come up.
What we need from you
- The market or markets, and whether you would genuinely move for the right house outside them.
- A budget you would actually spend, rather than one you would like to be seen to have.
- What the house must do — rooms, aspect, access, parking, the immovable things.
- Your timing, including the parts of it you do not control.
What you get back
- A call, not an email alert, when something matches.
- First sight of instructions during the private release window, usually ten to fourteen days.
- A note on the houses we did not send you and why, so the brief can be corrected.
- A twice-yearly review with the partner holding the requirement.
We would rather hold forty accurate requirements than four thousand addresses.
